Pacific Gateway is a Master Planned, Mixed-Use Class “A” Logistics Park located at the I-580 and SR 132 split in South San Joaquin County. Pacific Gateway comprises 24,675,000 SF of Industrial use, 93,000 of Business Park use, a 1,379,150 University site under consideration by California State University, Stanislaus, and 160,000 SF of commercial/retail use. The First Phase includes 4 Industrial Buildings, an 11,500 SF VFW Building, and an Inaugural Building for Stanislaus State.
The Project is located where Interstate 580 and State Route 132 meet, approximately 2 miles form Interstate 5, the primary North-South arterial on the West coast. The location offers ideal access to the Western United States. Pacific Gateway also includes numerous community amenities such as a new fire station, an 11-acre community park, 9 mini parks, and miles of walking and biking paths.
