Greg Thurman

Chief Executive Officer

Greg Thurman has 34 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to founding, Ridgeline Property Group, he served as President for Panattoni Development Company’s U.S operations and was responsible for development management of 16 regional offices. Additional duties included serving on the company’s Investment Committee and Board of Directors. Mr. Thurman has in-depth leasing, acquisition, disposition and site selection experience and is responsible for completing more than 100 million SF of development in the last 10 years. Previous experience includes leadership positions with Duke Realty & Trammell Crow in Atlanta, GA and St. Louis, MO. Greg is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and actively involved with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Michael K. Gray

President and Chief Operating Officer

Mike Gray serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Ridgeline Property Group’s operations in the United States. He is responsible for business procurement, site selection, development management, construction management, leasing, contract negotiation, operational overhead and the day to day operations. Mike has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has developed more than 25 million SF of industrial and office projects. Prior to co-founding RPG, Mike was with Panattoni Development Company for 10 years and the Partner responsible for the firm’s development and acquisition activities in the Southeast region of the United States. Preceding Mike’s career at Panattoni, he served as the Senior Vice-President for Duke Realty Corporation. Mike is personally involved in supporting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and The Study Hall, an after-school and summer camp program serving K-5th grade children.

Christopher Ciliberti

Regional Partner

Chris Ciliberti serves as a Regional Partner of Ridgeline Property Group. He is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development and management of the company’s operations in the Northeastern United States. Mr. Ciliberti has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years and has been involved in the development and acquisition of projects totaling millions of square feet throughout the United States. Prior to joining Ridgeline, Chris was a Partner in Panattoni Development Company, directing the firms business in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Chris formerly served as President of Waterford Commercial Development, LLC, where he directed all aspects of the firm’s commercial real estate business. Other positions held include Vice President of Development for Akridge and Vice President of Leasing and Marketing for McCord Development. Chris is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and has served as a Northern Virginia NAIOP board member for nearly a decade.

Steve Arthur

Regional Partner

Steve Arthur serves as a Regional Partner of Ridgeline Property Group and will lead west coast operations and development pursuits. Mr. Arthur has over 26 years of commercial real estate experience, ranging from leasing and investment brokerage, to speculative and build-to-suit industrial development, office build-to-suit development and capital markets expertise. Prior to joining Ridgeline, Mr. Arthur spent over 18 years with Panattoni Development Company, serving most recently as Director of Capital Markets, nationally. Mr. Arthur managed one of the firm’s primary programmatic institutional joint venture accounts consisting of nearly $1 billion in development projects totaling over 11 million SF across multiple U.S. markets. Mr. Arthur was also responsible for sourcing national build-to-suit equity, securing over $357 million in capital for 4.8 million SF of competitive build-to-suit projects. Mr. Arthur was integral to pricing, structuring and securing build-to-suit business. Additional duties included raising speculative joint venture equity and overseeing asset dispositions. Mr. Arthur is a member of the Urban Land Institution (ULI).

Mark Erler

Sr. Vice President – National Development

Mark Erler serves as Senior Vice President of National Development for Ridgeline Property Group. He is responsible for the pursuit and execution of development projects including land acquisition, design, construction, and stabilization. Mr. Erler’s resume includes more than 21 years of commercial construction and real estate development experience. Prior to joining Ridgeline, he served as Regional Vice President of Development for DCT Industrial. During Mark’s tenure with the company he managed industrial developments in twelve (12) U.S. markets totaling 8.5 million square feet, including many joint venture projects. His previous experience also included Development Manager for Panattoni Development Company where he managed the development and marketing of industrial and office properties, as well as acquired and repositioned assets. Erler earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University.

Rose Leypoldt

Sr. Vice President – Southeastern Region

Rose Leypoldt has over 35 years of experience in the design, permitting and development of processing/distribution centers, regional headquarters, training centers, institutional projects and professional facilities. Rose participates and supports all phases of the development, permitting and occupancy process by acting as an extension of the Owner. She is directly involved in due diligence investigations/assessments, team management, client coordination, project implementation & client tenancy. Rose has extensive real estate experience regarding property entitlements and site development. Prior to joining the RPG team, Rose was a Senior Development Manager with Panattoni Development Company and completed over 6 million SF of industrial space since 2001. She was the Project Manager overseeing site design and permitting for Panattoni 15 months prior to joining the company in 2001, while working for a regional engineering firm as the Director of Land Planning. Rose is a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA).

Lance Clinton

Vice President of Development, Dallas

Lance Clinton serves as Vice President of Development for Ridgeline Property Group. Based in Dallas, he is responsible for the acquisition, development management, and leasing of assets for the company. He has more than 10 years of development and design experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Ridgeline Property Group, Lance served as a Development Associate at Caddis, where he was responsible for the sourcing and development of senior living and medical office assets. Prior to his time at Caddis, Lance was a civil engineer at Halff Associates where he designed and permitted over seven million square feet of industrial developments. Lance is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. He earned his Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University and B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. Lance is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), North Texas Chapter.

Peggy Grillo

Peggy Grillo has 20 years of experience in due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and construction of large-scale, ground-up commercial real estate development projects.  Ms. Grillo works in our west coast office, located in northern California, where she is responsible for all phases of site acquisition, development, and leasing for the company.  Ms. Grillo joined Ridgeline from Phelan Development Company, where she was a Development Partner.  In past pursuits, Ms. Grillo has worked as a construction project manager, expert witness, preconstruction manager, and asset manager.  She earned her Master of Public Policy from UCLA and a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania.
