Pacific Gateway is a Master Planned, Mixed-Use Class “A” Logistics Park located at the I-580 and SR 132 split in South San Joaquin County. Pacific Gateway comprises 24,675,000 SF of Industrial use, 93,000 of Business Park use, a 1,379,150 University site under consideration by California State University, Stanislaus, and 160,000 SF of commercial/retail use. The Project is located where Interstate 580 and State Route 132 meet, approximately 2 miles form Interstate 5, the primary North-South arterial on the West coast.
