Atlanta, GA – October 16, 2025 – Ridgeline Property Group (RPG) is pleased to announce it has hired Will Lombard as Partner to direct its Atlanta operations.
In his new role, Lombard will oversee all facets of RPG’s speculative development, build-to-suit projects and value-add acquisitions including sourcing, design, entitlement, construction, leasing and disposition.
With more than 18 years in the commercial real estate industry, Will has been responsible for 15 million SF of speculative development, leasing, and build-to-suit transactions for marquee tenants including UPS, Amazon, Walmart, Georgia Pacific, and P&G.
Will most recently served as Senior VP of Development and Investments for Trammell Crow’s Atlanta office where he led all aspects of their industrial and data center platform in the SE.
